Data sovereignty in your hands: The system runs in your data centre or designated private cloud. All audio/video streams, meeting records and user data stay off third-party servers, meeting domestic infosec and compliance requirements.

One of Zeyu MCU’s key differentiators—and something most MCU products lack—is planning video layout and participant seats when scheduling the meeting.
When scheduling, the host chooses from layout templates: 3×3 (up to 6), 4×4 (up to 13), 5×5 (up to 17), 6×6 (up to 21). Then, with intuitive drag-and-drop, they assign each participant to a fixed on-screen position—like seating a physical room.
With fixed positions, a quick glance at the screen shows who has not joined—empty seat = absent, no roll call. Layout is saved with the meeting; for recurring weekly meetings, set once and the same layout applies every time.
